Returns & Exchanges

Returns Policy:

Non-Defective merchandise may be returned at the customer's expense. Credit will be issued for the merchandise cost, not shipping and handling. A 15% re-stocking charge will be applied to all returns. In the event you receive a defective item we will replace it and waive the re-stocking fee.

Custom Prescriptions are not returnable.

Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.

Exchange Policy:

If you would like another item instead, please place a new order for it and return the original item for a refund. This way your replacement is on its way to you immediately.

***Please write the order number for the new order on the paperwork being returned and in the event the new order total is equal to, or greater than the return amount, we will not charge the 15% restocking charge.*** (The new order number must be written all the returned paperwork to avoid the Restock Fee, no exceptions. Thank You) >> Postage for items returned is not refundable.


Please note: Credits will take up to 30 days to appear on your C/C or PayPal acct. Please do not inquire about the status of your return as this only slows the process.  

All returns MUST include a copy of your invoice or original order. This is the only way we have access to your credit card information to issue credit. All returns are to be sent to our corporate address:
