The readers are excellent, however; I ordered dark blue and was sent black. If you order a specific color thats the color you should receive and not a substitute.

I have been wearing 8801s for ten years. I currently own three pairs as have probably owned at least another four pairs. They are light weight, optically exquisite, and for my money the best looking readers on the market.
